WotsGram lets you apply photography styles to your own photos with AI. This page explains what we collect, why, and what happens to your photos.
Your photos
- When you tap Generate My Photo, your photo is resized on your device and sent to our server, which passes it to our AI provider, OpenAI, to create your styled image.
- We do not store your photos or your creations. They pass through our server in memory and are sent back to your device. Download anything you want to keep.
- OpenAI processes the photo under its API data policy: API data is not used to train its models by default, and may be retained for up to 30 days for abuse monitoring before deletion.
- We never use your photos to train AI, sell them, or show them to other users.
Account information
- When you sign in (with Google or an email link) we receive your email address, and with Google your name and profile picture. Sign-in is provided by Google Firebase.
- We store your credit balance and a log of your generations (which style, when, and whether it succeeded), to run credits, prevent abuse and control costs. This log contains no photos.
- This data is stored with Google Cloud in Sydney, Australia.
Payments
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We keep your Stripe customer reference and subscription status.
On your device
We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and, during email sign-in, to remember the email you entered. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices
- You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@wotsgram.com.
- You can also ask for a copy of the data we hold about you.
